HISTORY OF THE CLUB
The fateful year of 2001. A century of rapid development, modern innovations and the latest trends. The beginning of a new sports era "Mongoose".
Sports club "Mongoose" begins its activity with the fruitful cooperation of the president of the sports club "Mongoose" Magomed Magdiyev and vice-president Lernik Musayelyan. The club rapidly unites the best athletes from various types of wrestling and demonstrates real strength and invincibility.
Every year, the club as team of coaches grew, and the achievements of student-athletes became significantly more significant.
Today, the athletes of the "Mongoose" Sports Club are the leading world champions in beach and freestyle wrestling, grappling, pankration and kickboxing.
For 21 years under the slogan "Fists should be g" Sports club "Mongoose" is raising a generation of young champions.
Thanks to the effective initiative of the president of the "Mongoose" Sports Club, Magomed Magdiyev, sports, sports and mass work, and physical culture and health activities have acquired a new meaningful meaning! The sports community of the club has become a driver of the popularization of a healthy lifestyle in Ukraine and a vivid example of a friendly all-winning team of professionals!

Sports club "Mongoose" is proud of cooperation and long-term friendship with the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the International Academic School headed by the experienced leader Serhii Vasiliovych Kivalov. We sincerely thank our partners for the provided premises on the basis of the National University "Odesa Law Academy", where today the only multifunctional sports and health complex "Mongoose" in Odesa is located, which combines:
- a separate equipped area for warm-up
- professional inventory for three types of load
(exercises with weights, exercises with your own weight and cardio)
- two wrestling carpets
- swimming pool
- bathhouse
- comfortable sports changing rooms
